re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for a Technical Line Lead for its Reverse Logistics operation based in Greencastle, PA. Our mission is to manage and scale information technology asset disposition (ITAD) services for used electronics and electronic equipment (UEEE) through secure and environmentally sustainable practices supporting asset recovery, reuse, recycling, and other circular economy initiatives.

The Technical Line Lead is an individual contributor (IC) role that will work closely with leadership to ensure efficient material flows during the day to day operations at a re:Cycle Reverse Logistics Facility. This role will oversee the daily production of de-manufacturing lines, assist in training hourly technicians, problem solve defects, and ensure accurate dispositions for used IT equipment.

The candidate must have strong communication skills and posses the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders within the re:Cycle Reverse Logistics Organization.


Key job responsibilities
• Work and meet SLA’s against assigned targets.
• First touch point for hardware assessment.
• Understanding of server and network based IT equipment.
• Work with cross-functional teams on a regular basis to complete work activities.
• Adhere to security and safety best practices similar to data center environment.
• Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and daily/weekly goals achievement.
• Identify and help create documentation for use globally.
• Identify and help create process improvements relevant to planning & inventory control, for both local and global environment.
• Interact with third party vendors & contractors.
• Contribute to the development of other team members.
