We are currently looking for a Technical Specialist, to be based in Kuwait, from where you will cover the Middle East.

Key responsibilities:

Technical support (refinish application, colour matching, new product demo,bodyshop audit & trouble shooting,...)Strong background in Application and colour matchingImplementing Axalta digital colour tools within key accountsOrganize and deliver training Seminars for Importers and customers in the fieldTakes responsibility for follow up technical support visits to select Key Accounts in assigned countriesContinuously develops his knowledge of respective markets, products and technologiesContinuously develops excellent communication and teaching skills

Key requirements:

Broad experience required in the Refinish painting industry: +5 years of technical experience, working with color application and adjustment activities at either the paint shop or supplier level.Experience working with both solvent and waterborne paint technology, similar systems (matching/shading color and effect), and extensive knowledge of applications, products, and technologiesLanguages: English (fluent level is a must) and Arabic (medium-advanced level)Flexibility to travel a minimum 70% of his working daysEducation: Master Spray Painter or comparable certification is ideal, plus successful completion of secondary schoolGood level of IT users skills (Microsoft Office); Create presentations/analysis and present in front of internal/external audienceSkills: good communication skills, good time-management skills, organized, customer-focused, coaching/teaching.
