We are looking for an enthusiastic, fresh-out-of-college graduate to join our Help Center team as a Technical Writer to join the team responsible for documenting new Wrike features, processes, and managing updates to Wrike's Help Center. If you have a passion for writing, a knack for articulating complex concepts simply, and an interest in the world of SaaS and technology, this is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles that help our users navigate our SaaS product effortlessly. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

You will report to the Manager of Help Center and Community and will play a role in shaping the future of self help resources at Wrike.

How you'll make an impact Create, update, and maintain high-quality external product documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles  for Wrike's end users. Simplify technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content. Work closely with product and support teams to understand common user challenges and address them through documentation. Research and contribute new ideas to improve the Help Center’s effectiveness. Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and structure across all written content. Collaborate with the wider Self-Service, Product, Marketing, Localization, and other cross-functional teams to provide users with accurate and comprehensive documentation. Analyze the performance of our Help Center and contribute to/suggesting improvements and optimizations. Review existing and new documentation to maintain continuity of style and accuracy of information. Work with our tools (Zendesk/Paligo etc.) to manage and deliver content to our audiences. Contribute to wider business goals and initiatives.

You will achieve your best if you have Education: Any graduate (Bachelor of Arts or non-science fields welcome). Strong written and verbal communication skills. A keen eye for detail and a passion for writing. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics. Ability to engage in meaningful conversations and articulate ideas clearly. Great people skills: genuine, warm, positive, engaging, connects well with people, friendly, empathic, shows tact and poise under pressure when dealing with difficult interpersonal situations, and a high degree of patience. Critical thinker, generally curious—a true problem solver. Passionate about learning and improving every day, and motivated to excel. Open to feedback; coachable. Team player. Creative and innovative.

You will stand out with Experience with blogging, writing, or contributing to online content. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Exposure to WordPress or any content management system. Experience using project management tools during academic projects.

Work Environment: First 6 months: Full-time in-office for onboarding and training. Post-probation: Hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
