Technical Writer
RESPONSIBILITIES • Primary role would be to assist the Board Agenda group • Review and edit procurement documents for the Board Directors • Prepare brief synopses of procurement actions for Executives • Prepare presentations in Excel for weekly meetings with procurement staff • Identify improvements in process, document control and presentations • Secondary role includes assisting the Supply Chain Strategy group in special projects, including but not limited to: Cost/Price, Business development, Policy and Procedure, Board Agenda and Bid Solicitation • Assist the Business Development group with administrative responsibilities pertaining to budget, HR functions and database reconciliation. CRITICAL KEY REQUIREMENTS • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel • Strong analytical skills • Strong proficiency in business writing • Excellent documentation abilities • Experience as a writer or copy editor a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
