Job Summary:

As a Test Engineer II you will be a part of a highly technical, mission critical team that pulls together all components of a system and ensures it meets are customer's expectations. 

 

Works in a team environment supporting the implement best practices with an emphasis on design for test, code optimization, automation, defect identification and prevention. Actively involved in root cause analysis with corrective actions to prevent reoccurring defect(s) and optimize efficiencies. He/she must have demonstrated leadership skills, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, documentation, and excellent verbal/written communication. Must have the ability to work on all product lifecycle phases, tasks, sub-tasks, or entire projects with the results impacting project completion.

 

Job Responsibility:

Oversight of Technical Operation Test and Systems Automation Resources, scheduling, assignments, and metrics Design for Test, Code utilization, Diagnostics, Automation, Phase gate approval Test and validation of new Hardware and Software prior to production Development of test procedures and methods Issue resolution Escalates systemic issues Prepares reports summarizing findings, yields, and solutions Evaluate diagnostics, specify tools, fixtures, equipment, and jigs for the manufacture Test Optimizing operations for production areas Recommend and initiate modifications to optimize production conditions.

 

Worksite location options:

Onsite: Hudson, NH (9/80 schedule) Hybrid: This is a 100% onsite role Remote: 100% WFH is not authorized for this role due to nature of work

 

Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree focusing on Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science Minimum 3 years' experience with progressive responsibilities: Management, Automation, PCBA test, Software / Firmware, and troubleshooting Linux experience is a plus Continuous Improvement, Lean principles, 5S plus 1 Experience with environmental stress screening is a plus Ability to multi-tasks Work well with others and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible work environment
