Third Party Risk Governance & Reporting Professional (Hybrid - 3 days in office - VA)

Position Overview:

This position will support 1st line of defense (1LOD) third party risk management activities for the Enterprise Third Party Office (ETPO). The successful candidate will be responsible for completing the enterprise third party framework and associated reporting initiatives.

Our Impact:

The role will collaborate with divisional risk officer delegates, business partners and other key customers to deliver on key third party reporting processes for the enterprise. The role will also interact with Divisions as well as Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit. Strong reporting and analytical skills and experience are essential.

Your Impact:Developing, reporting and monitoring KRIs, important metrics and KCIs related to Third PartiesIdentifying, monitoring and managing operational improvement opportunities related to reporting and data qualitySupporting risk assessments of third parties in collaboration with important team members across the 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of Defense.Updating and maintaining documentation (including procedures and inventories) in support of Third PartiesFacilitating timely remediation of gaps and issues related to third party reportingContributing to the continuous improvement of Enterprise Third Party Office’s reporting processesSupporting ad hoc projects and other duties as assignedQualifications:2-4+ years of experience in third party and/or operational risk management for a Financial Services firmBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Data Analysis, Accounting or related fieldExperience understanding data and driving insights to make more meaningful to partnersExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentialityAbility to work effectively with continuous change and competing prioritiesAbility to develop effective relationships across the firmKeys to Success in this Role:Highly motivated and upbeat self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills!Proven experience operating at high standards of quality and accuracy within a fast-paced changing environment, including the ability to effectively and independently manage multiple projects concurrently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of succinctly presenting complex subject matter; Ability to facilitate group discussions.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $73,000 - $109,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
