For our dynamic and fast-growing EMEA Total Rewards Team, to be based in France (Colombes)

, we are currently looking for a 

TOTAL REWARDS MANAGER

This position will oversee global compensation and benefit strategies and design to ensure that company's policies are meeting the needs of the organization.

The job will require outstanding analytical and communication skills to drive change and quality in the execution of all of Newell Brands' compensation and benefit programs. This position will report into the Senior Director, EMEA & APAC Total Rewards. It is essential that this individual be a content expert on issues pertaining to compensation pay structures, benefits, benchmarking and TR project management

Among the others, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities\:

Be the change agent and focal point regarding to Total Rewards offerings and partner with our business and HR who are in the newly set up go-to-market cluster

Develop and implement base, variable and equity compensation programs at every level of the organization

Develop and implement total rewards programs as well as key initiatives that will drive long-term results, talent acquisition, and retention

Develop and drive effective, creative, and informed total rewards services and training to our Business Units, HR counterparts and internal customers

Work with international business segments and corporate total rewards team to ensure consistent global compensation and benefit programs are uniformly administered

Demonstrate strong and easily references capabilities to influence decision makers and build relationships at all levels of the organization

Manage the annual incentive programs for management and sales

Provide input and expertise into benefit programs including long term retirement/pension plans and insured benefits

Team up with our total rewards counterparts in EMEA and APAC to take up various workstreams on total rewards streams for the entire region

Strong ability to communicate with top executives and be a subject matter expert

Be able to think out of the box on processes that will help the organization and team in achieving 

efficiency and effectiveness at work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with MBA or advanced degree desirable

Candidate should have a minimum of 7 years experience in human resource roles with an emphasis on compensation design and execution

With hands-on and practical experience in job evaluation with regards to the Mercer or the WTW job leveling systems

Possess expert-level skills with Excel, and be comfortable with compensation and financial modeling

Strong preference with sales bonus/commission background

Must have impeccable language skills, written and verbal, and possess the ability to articulate and distill complex compensation issues
