This is a full time exempt position
 
This position is responsible for acting as the liaison between core groups within the Export Container group as well as customers.  In this role, the candidate will coordinate, communicate and analyze key information as related to trade execution.  This position is a fast paced yet very strategic role that requires deep analysis and problem solving skills.

Day to day activities include:Coordinate customer shipping instructions, import permits, & other specific requirementsAnalyze various liner freight cost components for AP submission or dispute initiationAnalyze & communicate key events of shipments from North America to our global destinationsDocument various customer concerns for analysisIssue resolution with service providers, customers, and other ADM locationsCommunicate changing contract schedules for proper logistical and documentation coordinationAnalyze daily operating cost component for AP submission or dispute initiationCoordinate with merchandisers, documentation team, logistics, customers, suppliers and service  providers to ensure shipments are sent on time, in the quantity requested, with a complete set of docs. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business preferred.2-3 years export execution experience and/or logistics experience preferred.Payables & invoicing experience a plus.Container logistics experience a plus.Ability to be accurate & timely in a fast paced work environment.Ability to work as a team and develop new processes and procedures.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to interact consistently in a professional and positive manner with various internal and  external personnel.Proficient in Microsoft Office programsDetail focused.Ability to develop & maintain strong working relationships with vendors, internal departments as  well as customers.Flexible approach to change is vital.Excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement listed?
