The Trade Associate role is responsible for trade related issues, market report translation, account opening process and customer interactions. The ideal Assistant candidate is fluent in verbal and written communication skills to assist and support the staff of the department in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities Daily customer interaction regarding order placement, execution, and fillsAssists with answering phones, filling order tickets, checking daily trades and afternoon prelimsFiling dutiesMaintains a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and externalHandles client requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation to a more senior team member if necessaryWorks proactively with other team membersMaintains prompt and regular attendance.This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management deems necessary.
