HCRS is seeking a full-time Developmental Services (DS) Training Specialist to support the assessment, creation, and  delivery of developmental services trainings to HCRS DS Service Coordinator and Direct Support Professional staff in a manner that is interesting engaging and useful to the employees. Our ideal candidate is organized, creative, and knowledgeable of various training methods and tools.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Bachelor’s degree (preferred!) in Psychology, Education, or Human Services. 3 Three additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Four years of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities Two years of experience training and educating individuals with diverse learning needs Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and data Superb verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to relate to employees in an approachable manner
