What you’ll do:

As the site Transition / Aftercare Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for acting as a liaison between Rite of Passage and County Placement Agencies, specifically Juvenile Probation Departments, and assists youth with any aspects relating to their transition from Rite of Passage to the community.

 To be considered, you should:

Have a Bachelors Degree in a Human Services or related field, Have a minimum of two years of previous related experience working with at-risk juveniles as direct care, case management, educational or transitional services. Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC), physical, and TB test.
