*This position can be based in any of our Texas offices.
As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM Smith's mission by:
-Working on transportation systems planning, travel demand forecasting, traffic analysis, safety analysis, traffic engineering, and transportation policy.
-Conducting safety analysis including systemic safety analysis and developing crash modification factors and safety performance functions.
-Performing as a subject matter expert, planning and developing projects concerned with unique or controversial problems, which have an important effect on major CDM Smith programs.
-Devising new approaches to problems encountered and coordinating various technical aspects of work.
-Leading teams as a project technical leader on multiple projects.
-Serving as a mentor for junior-level employees and acting as a recognized leader of technical and professional staff.
