Description/Job Summary Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., overtime as needed including weekends Job Summary: Responsible for assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the property using machinery, brooms, scoop shovels, etc., and taking trash to it designated locations off-site. Basic Qualifications: + Must possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). + Must be willing to climb up to 4 feet. + Must be willing to lift up to 60 pounds. + Must be willing to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, and turn throughout the day. + Must be willing to work in hot and cold temperatures for periods of time. + Must be willing to stand and walk for long periods of time. + Must read, speak, write and understand English.
