Truck Shop Service Technician

Full-Time Technician Pay Scale: $30.56/hr to $49.51hr, DOE.


Job Responsibilities:  The position will involve but not be limited to the following duties:

Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on all truck and trailer makes and modelsExcellent troubleshooting and repair of truck chassis to include: air system, brakes, driveline, lighting, engines and electrical etcCommunicate professionally with customers on repairsMust be able to lift up to 70 lbsWork overtime as workload dictatesWork independently as well as part of a teamTravel for work, to other Butler and customer locations Proactively maintains a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assigned


Qualifications:

Individuals applying for this position should have:

Two-year associates degree in related field preferred or equivalent applicable experienceApplied knowledge of basic mechanical theoryTrade-specific tooling, including hand and pneumatic toolsAbility to provide an excellent customer experience and an outgoing personality Ability to work with minimal supervisionProficient computer technology skillsAbility to meet insurability standards to drive a company vehicleMust have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
