Adecco is partnering with a Hudson valley client that is seeking a **Turret Operator** to join its warehouse team in Wappingers Falls, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking, pulling, and moving pallets and products within the warehouse using a turret truck. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. **Responsibilities:** + Operate turret truck to pick and pull product from high warehouse locations + Transport pallets and products throughout the warehouse as needed + Accurately pick and put away items based on inventory and order requirements + Verify product details such as SKUs and descriptions before movement + Assist with inventory management and cycle counting + Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas + Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations **Requirements:** + Prior experience operating a turret truck or similar lift equipment + Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy products and pallets + Strong attention to detail with product identification and inventory + Must be comfortable working at heights + Reliable attendance and punctuality + Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment + Background check required **Preferred Skills:** + Experience in warehouse picking and order fulfillment + Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) + Forklift certification (a plus, but not required) **Pay Details:** $19.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
