Responsibilities

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain documentation, including requirements, specifications, process flows and procedures to ensure all process are designed to meet DCAA, audit and security practicesDevelop policies, guidelines and standards for the administration and management of the company’s Finance Systems Manage interfaces between the company’s Finance systems and other dependent systemsCreate change control procedures and processes Work with Database and System Administrators along with other technical SMEs to monitor system performance and processing, troubleshoot performance issues, investigate critical system errors, capture traces, and analyze server logsEvaluate scenarios, and work with user community to devise and execute various test plans including unit, system, regression, UAT and integrationConfigure and maintain Unanet System Admin ModuleAct as functional SME for all Unanet modules, such as: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, project setup, cost revenue, billing, employee, labor, payroll, compensation, personnel, cost pools, fixed assets, procurement, etc…Maintain a working knowledge of the front end application screens, functions and job processing and how these tie to the database tables and other applications, functions and processesDevelop training material and deliver training as required for new functional employees using UnanetManage user setup, security, printing, file management, job management, and workflow for Unanet system

5-8 years of hands on experience in with a financial/accounting tool in the GovCon marketplaceEffectively collaborate with colleagues in accounting, FP&A, contracts, compliance, to design/maintain the Unanet GovCon ERP and associated policies and procedures. Prior financial system implementations would be a big plusCPA is a plusSix Sigma Certified a plusChange manager agent Facilitator/CollaboratorPrior Unanet experience is a plusAbility to research, determine relevance, organize and formulate recommendations involving complex financial information and systems pertaining to UnanetAdvanced Excel skills a must Ability to work in a deadline oriented environment is essentialAbility to adapt to changing work efforts, manage the impact of shifting priorities, and resolve technical/functional emergencies as they occur.Experience with Cognos and TM1 is a plusExperience working with IT security auditsAbility to articulate financial information and policies to senior leadership Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is desiredProven experience in analyzing financial data as well as financial reporting and forecasting is a plusPrior experience in a federal government contracting environment with DCAA and DCMA audits
