Hanover Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Nurse Unit Manager. This professional acts as an extension of the Director of Nursing for the unit they are responsible for. General Responsibilities: + Direct and assess the quality of care being provided to the residents + Assess residents needs and goals + Clinical rounds + Honor the rights and dignity of residents + Assist in developing comprehensive plan of care + Oversee and direct care tasks of the unit. + Quality improvement monitoring and implementing of process and procedure. Qualifications Required: + Active RN or LPN license in NH + Previous Skilled Nursing Facility Experience preferred + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team Hours: Primarily 8am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility required based on needs of the facility This is a Full time salaried position.
