DUTIES:

1. Be able to set up sander accurately within tolerance.

2. Be able to read calipers and tape measure accurately.

3. Be able to read product blueprints.

4. Pack product when needed.

5. Be able to drive high lift.

6. Maintain a positive attitude and cooperative manner.

7. Operate sander safely and change sandpaper.

8. Retrieve pallets and make boxes.

9. Operate dust collection equipment and air compressor.

10. Inspect product for customer acceptance requirements.

11. Perform work to customer specification.

12. Keep an open line of communication of continuous process improvements.

13. Be able to set up all of the saws, blades, drill presses, and bits, etc.

14. Be able to safely operate all of the saws and drill presses.

15. Have the ability to work in tolerances of + 1/32”.

16. Unload dryers.

17. Clean up work area and shop.

18. This position requires the body movement of sitting, standing, walking, and lifting without help consistently, must be able to hear verbal instructions, read and speak English, pass math test, and manual dexterity to use tools and equipment.

 Perform any other duty or assignment as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
