$500 SIGN ON BONUSCALL OR COME BY FOR DETAILS

The primary purpose of your job position is to transport residents to their appointments.

Transport residents to and from appointments for diagnostic and therapeutic services Check daily with Receptionist for any changes in appointments Maintain a daily mileage log Report vehicle issues to Business Office Manager Maintain a clean driving record and current driver license Attend in-service training programs as scheduled. Report all incidents such as falls and change of condition to the DON and/or Administrator immediately Any other duties as assigned by Administrator.
