We seek a Customer Support Representative for a full-time position in Kentucky. Position Overview The Customer Support Representative position is held by a dynamic, highly motivated, and organized individual with superior attention to detail and excellent customer service for our Vitu clients. This is a fast-paced office with customers who need immediate resolutions. The potential candidate must provide superb customer service with an upbeat attitude. Responsibilities + Assist customers with program questions and issues via phone, email, and/or chat. + Provide answers to questions related to DMV policy and paperwork. + Troubleshoot program issues, concerns, and user errors in a fast-paced environment. + Deliver exceptional customer service and support by being responsive and proactive to customer needs. + Assist in the paperwork and set up of new accounts. + Ability to work in a high-production, fast-paced environment. + Assist with day-to-day office duties. Experience + Knowledge of the automotive industry is required; dealership and/or DMV experience is preferred. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. + Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required. + Experience with Kentucky vehicle title and registration. + Knowledge of Kentucky state rules and regulations regarding vehicle title and registration. + Proficient on a PC (Internet, E-mail, Word, Excel, Google Drive) + Able to work independently with limited supervision. + Strong organizational skills and ability to follow directions. + Excellent time management + Superior attention to detail + Positive attitude who can work well in a team or independently.
