Job Responsibilities ● Develop and implement a comprehensive resource management plan that aligns with organizational goals and project requirements ● Collaborate with Strategy & Operations and Professional Services leadership to optimize staffing practices for best utilization ● Assign the right people to projects based on skills stored in the system of record, availability, and project requirements shared by project team ● Lead weekly meetings to ensure project needs are met and to share key business updates ● Forecast future resource needs and proactively address potential resource gaps ● Ensure resource management system of record is up to date and accurate Location: USA, GA, Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time Physical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
