Reporting directly to the CFO, the Vice President, Strategic Finance will play a pivotal role in leading our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function and driving strategic initiatives for corporate growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS software finance, experience in revenue modeling, and a proven track record of strategic thinking and leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to step into a leadership role and make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company. **Primary Objectives:** -Take ownership of the FP&A function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes. -Drive revenue modeling initiatives and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. -Prepare and present board-level financial reports, demonstrating a deep understanding of key financial metrics and business drivers. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute corporate development strategies, including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and potential acquisitions. -Provide leadership and guidance on financial matters, acting as a trusted advisor to senior management and stakeholders. **What You’ll Be Doing:** -Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development. -Oversee financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment. -Collaborate with executive leadership in charting the financial future of the company. Execute revenue modeling and board reporting, providing insights to guide decision-making. **What We Are Looking For:** -Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
