The Lifeway Media team is seeking a Video Producer | Hybrid is a vital role in successful Media project completion. Working hand in hand with the Cinematographers and Line Producers on all stages from pre-production, production, post-production and delivery. The Video Producer manages creative and practical aspects of a given media project.

Responsibilities
Lead video projects through the creative, logistical, and technical process, working with clients, stakeholders and professionals to achieve the project's goals. The Video Producer will work with Cinematographers, Line Producers, Editors, and Motion Graphic Artists to reach the agreed upon goals of a project, fostering vibrant creativity, community, and technical excellence. They will complete assigned projects from the Media Creative Manager and communicate with all stakeholders the vision and logistics for a given project
Lead communication with the client to establish their goals and parameters for any given project. Attend start-up meetings, lead creative efforts, and work with team members to plan out the project, keeping the internal client notified and informed. Work with the Post-Production team to hand off footage, assets, and the vision for assigned projects and speak into postproduction decisions as needed
Create production documents to aid in the completion of a project such as scripts, shot lists, budgets, schedules, call sheets, pitch decks, and other documentation that might be needed
Aiding in project creation and brainstorming by assisting the team in frequent writing room exercises and other creative activities
QualificationsMinimum Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree OR or 5-7 years in fine arts, broadcasting/film/television/recording sciences, or related fieldMinimum Required Experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
