A week in the life of a VMware Engineer:
Manage storage, virtualization, and Azure teams comprised of direct reports. Manage a vSphere environment comprised of ESXi hosts across sites, hosting thousands of VMs. Manage Enterprise Storage in data center and diverse storage devices at many sites. Manage VMs IaaS and various PaaS offerings such as Azure AD. Provision, configure and decommission virtual machines. Upgrade VMware environment from obsolete vSphere 5.5 to current vSphere 6.7U2. Manage dedicated ESX vSphere environments. Architect iSCSI gigabit network for VMware ESX cluster. Engineer deployment and management of VMware ESXi clusters and MD3000i iSCSI SAN. Guide multiple teams within the company to repair the failing VDI environment and set in place an end-user support structure. Implement security parameters for vCenter, VM Templates and Host.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
