The Vice President/Deputy General Counsel is responsible for the overall management of legal affairs, with responsibilities that include overseeing operations, compliance, risk, SEC filings, litigation activities, and investor relations.
RequirementsEssential Job Functions
Requirements
Juris Doctor Degree.
• Eight to ten years of legal experience, with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility and experience. Strong litigation and matter management experience.
• Senior Management skills and experience to include a broad participation in key strategic issues.
