Job Title: Waitlist Clerk
Location: White Plains, NY

Type: Contract (45 Days)
Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 8:30am-5pm, M-F

 

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and track intake, recertification, and other appointments.

Process HAP contracts and third-party verifications.

Prepare and organize participant files.

Scan, index, and file documents accurately.

Respond to public inquiries and provide general program information.

Assist with reporting, logs, and data tracking.

Provide front desk coverage and general administrative support.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in housing programs or customer service.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
