As a Warehouse Associate in their freezer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that their operations run smoothly. You'll be responsible for picking orders in a freezer environment at a temperature of -10°F, operating equipment at heights up to 30 feet, and maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions.

The Day-to-Day:

Safely operate a forklift to move products throughout the warehouse.Count and verify quantities of items picked for accuracy.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Meet monthly Pick Rate Bonus targets.Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.Participate in training and development opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma.Prior experience operating a forklift is essential.Comfortable working at heights.Ability to work in a cold environment (-10°F).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Legible handwriting for completing pick sheets.Team player with a strong work ethic.Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
