This position will be responsible for performing quality audits on picked orders/outbound loads to ensure that customer specifications and compliance requirements are being met within a warehouse/distribution facility. Job Responsibilities + Perform assigned post-pick audits to verify the correct items and quantities will ship to customer. + Partner with Retail Compliance Team to thoroughly understand customer requirements. + Assist in the maintenance and updates of auditing documentation. + Collaborate with other team members and departments. + Apprise shipping supervisor of any quality issues that may occur. + Other duties as assigned. Requirements & Competencies + 1+ years’ experience and familiarity with picking and packing + Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams + Demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. + Problem-solving skills + Self-motivated, “can do” attitude. + Detail Oriented + Navigates systems and software effectively (Microsoft 365 – Word, Excel) + Language skills: Able to read, write, and or comprehend basic English. + Math skills: Basic Physical Requirements + Frequently required to stand, walk, twist, pull, push, reach, and bend + Ability to lift up to 60lbs + Work environment: distribution center that is not temperature controlled
