We are seeking a Warehouse Associate, in Saco, ME that will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of wholesale orders. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing products, coordinating with Customer Service teams, supporting order replacements, and improving performance and workflow within the warehouse. You will also collaborate with our Processing Team to prepare yarn and knitting accessories for sale, restock the warehouse floor with overflow inventory, and maintain accurate documentation for work in progress.

Warehouse Associate Duties:

Oversee the accurate and timely processing of wholesale orders.

Pick and pack products for both wholesale and e-commerce orders.

Collaborate with Customer Service teams to support order replacements and address overall needs.

Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to identify and implement opportunities for performance improvement.

Support yarn processing and knitting accessory creation.

Restock the warehouse floor with overflow inventory as needed.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to work in progress.

Perform weekly cycle counts, floor restocks, and other inventory tasks.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Passion for Fiber Arts, including knitting, crochet, weaving, spinning, dyeing, macrame, needle punch, etc.

Strong social personality with exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Self-motivated individual capable of working towards and meeting targets.

Enthusiasm to be part of a unique and special team.

Working knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus.

Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Warehouse Associate Details: 

Temporary 

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Work Hours: Mon-Fri 9 am to 4:00 pm

Start Date: 03/25/2024
