Warehouse Inventory Specialist
Ziegler CAT currently has an opening for a Warehouse Inventory Specialist. This position will complete cyclical inventory counts and research parts inventory discrepancies in the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Organizes and participates in cyclical inventory management, assisting in all year-end processesCompletes a total physical inventory of the parts warehouse by November 30th of each year, including entering counts, completing recounts, and scheduling a final inventory updateProcesses incoming inventory and updates stock as necessaryEnters adjustments to inventory as necessary, working with warehouse personnel to resolve any errorsReceives and processes extended stock orders and branch transfers, keeping both files up to date and always accurateReviews stock replenishment and parts exception reports, validating the parts inventory count to make daily appropriate adjustmentsReviews and processes location-change verification reports, verifying parts are in their proper location dailyCompletes any additionally required filing dailyWorks in a cooperative manner with team and superiors

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required1-2 years related parts or inventory experience requiredData entry along with Microsoft Office experienceExcellent customer service and communication skillsOrganized with attention to detailAbility to multi-task

Travel:

Up to 10% travel

Minimum Physical Requirements:

Push/pull up to 25 lbsNeck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching.Noise level may be moderate at times.
