Warehouse Operations Manager
MAU is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager at our client in Augusta, GA. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Required Education and Experience 10 – 15+ years of experience in managing Operations in a manufacturer’s warehousing facility General Requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage 2 shift operations Preferred Requirements Engineering or Supply Chain Management degree Tier-1 Automotive OEM or Supplier experience Essential Functions Responsible for sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the business unit Manage sales-related master data in ERP Day-to-day sales management, including demand levels, supply level reviews, and sales realization with the customers Responsible for customers management and work with cross-function team to improve customer satisfaction scores Report Monthly Sales MIS and attend reviews with management Responsible for Customer delivery PPM scores and improvements Control Finished Goods Inventory and coordinate disposition with the customers as needed Supervise unit supply chain and warehouse Manage supplier accounts and ensure timely supplies as per customer demand Authorize purchases and material control in compliance with the inventory control guidelines Control Inbound logistics including sea and air freight Ensure supply chain compliances for the business unit Manage SCM data and update in ERP Manage Inventory and Control of Safety Stock to meet customer demand Review and implement practices to ensure the safety of the workforce and material Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for accuracy of inventory Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers to ensure efficient delivery of material Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS as required by the Unit or Corporate Management Adequately staff for different functions, skill development, and performance management to continually improve the unit performance Maintain facilities including building, HVAC, firefighting equipment, etc. Perform other tasks as assigned #PS
