TMC Transformers has a long and successful history in producing dry-type power and distribution transformers. We power and distribute transformers. We manufacture transformers with capacities up to 10MVA and voltages up to 36kV, adhering to IEC and Australian standards. Our transformers are designed for commercial, industrial, and mining applications, offering excellent cooling performance and protection against high humidity, mechanical, and chemical effects. What We Offer $19 - $22 per hour, based on experience 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Overtime and weekends as required Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred 4+ years of experience in a warehouse environment Proficiency with warehouse tools and equipment, including current experience with forklifts Basic proficiency with Excel and general computer skills Valid drivers license Ability to work independently and confidently with minimal training Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, and twist Ability to walk for the duration of the shift What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Worker Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Use inventory management tools such as telxons, scanners, and computers Sort, clean, and organize the warehouse space Maintain accurate inventory records using basic Excel and other computer applications Participate in the setup and buildout of the warehouse environment Handle material and logistics operations Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse procedures Collaborate with the team to support the company’s expansion efforts Perform other tasks as assigned
