Navico Group is a stand-alone division of Brunswick, the world’s largest recreational marine business.  We are seeking a Warranty Technician to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will enter a position that merges Customer Service, Quality and Technical Support knowledge. The best candidate for this role should have the ability to perform administrative functions, demonstrate the ability to learn and understand technical specifications of product and diligently log, record and report data. 

Key Responsibilities:

Vet and process Warranty claims against warranty contracts in a timely mannerRecord detailed records of all claims processed into our CRM systemAchieve and maintain technical certifications as required Participate in or lead improvement projects as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

Minimum of two years of experience in a contact center or similar relevant experienceStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organizationQuality and/or Lean Six Sigma exposure/experience preferred/ continuous improvement mindset requiredProcess and goal orientatedDemonstrated history of independent workMarine or RV industry experience highly weightedExperience with ERP database tools desiredExperience with CRM database tools (preferably Salesforce) desired

Skill Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated, ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a large teamHighly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Working knowledge of ERP database tools Working knowledge of CRM database tools (preferably Salesforce)Ability to work remotely and in an office environmentAbility to learn and apply learnings of technical trainings for various product lines
