The Wastewater Treatment Technician position in Westbrook, Maine is responsible for operating the plant's wastewater pre-treatment process. You will also perform basic maintenance activities to support the plant maintenance team. Successful candidates will support the safe and productive manufacturing of quality products and meet the goals of the Company. This is a full-time, first shift position.

Wastewater Treatment Technician Qualifications: 

High school diploma and/or GED equivalent is required.  

Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and through written documentation. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Mechanically inclined and able to identify or operate basic hand tools.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks in an established period.

Lift approximately 50 lbs. from a bending, standing, or stooping position safely and comfortably.

The ability to work in moderate to loud noise, odors, fluctuating temperatures and a wet working environment.

Wastewater Treatment Technician Details: 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m (or until work is complete)

Pay: $20/Hr. to $25/Hr.

Start Date: ASAP
