Steampunk is seeking a Web Content Specialist with an appetite for taking on new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail oriented, analytical and a team player who can coordinate among multiple content creators and reviewers. They are interested in learning the latest content-management technology and techniques and a proven ability to learn quickly and apply training to solve real world engineering problems. Contributions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Efficient and knowledgeable coder with proven experience in HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScriptGraphic design skills and the ability to contribute to code base and User Experience (UX) improvement projectsTroubleshoot websitesExperience with Dashboarding and Analytic reportingSharePoint 2019 development experience, includingSharePoint DesignerMicrosoft PowerAppsPower AutomateInfopathKnowledge of DrupalKnowledge/ experience developing and deploying SharePoint framework solutions for websitesComfortable interfacing with clients and solving user requests.  Strong customer service skills, teaming skills, and the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team. Ability to research and resolve problems efficiently and accurately.Documentation a forethought, including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation, lifecycle, and task managementProactive member of the team – find issues, find solutions; Provide data and metrics to managementIntegrating hardware and software components within the systems environmentEvaluating new systems engineering technologies and their effect on the operating environment managing the installation and integration of systems fixes, updates, and enhancements Qualifications

Required

US CitizenMinimum of Three (3) years of experience and/or;Associate's Degree, with a preference of Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in an IT-related field.Minimum of 1 Technical Certification MCSE: Infrastructure (or MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure), MCSD: Azure Solutions Architect, MCSA: Windows Server 2012 or Higher, Red Hat, etc.).
