We are currently seeking a **Welder** based **at our Windsor, CT location** . **_What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…_** + Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions + Perform TIG and MIG welding on a daily basis + Reviews blueprints, work instructions, and job specifications to determine appropriate materials, tools, and procedures needed to complete processes + Layout, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers + Weld separately or in combination, using aluminum and stainless steel + Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind, or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding + Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures + Maintain a clean and safe work area **_Your Education Should Be…_** + 3 plus years of welding experience. + Current and valid certification a plus + Must possess mechanical aptitude **_Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…_** + Ability to lift up to 25lbs **_Your Professional Experience Should Be…_** + Able to multitask + Excellent communication skills + Detail oriented **_Chart is an equal opportunity employer_** We offer great opportunities for personal and professional development in an international company.
