Bakers' Responsibilities include:

Maintaining an early to mid-morning schedule Firing and cleaning of our two brand new Woodstone wood ovens Bagel production (boiling, seasoning, and baking) each morning Bagel preparation for the following day Ordering and inventory of flour and other baking supplies Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time Must be a team player with a good sense of humor and a nice person!
