We see what’s possible in you and help you achieve it.QualificationsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting roleEnd-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offeringsExperience as a functional application specialistExcellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaborationThe ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensionsProven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and durationWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teamsQualificationsRequired:2+ years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Lawson or SAP Financials2+ years proven prior success in roles directly implementing or supporting Workday or Oracle/PeopleSoft Grants ManagementHuron requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experiencePost-Pandemic willingness to travel up to 50%Preferred Skills & Experience:Certification or equivalent practical experience in Workday Grants ManagementAt least 1-2 full life cycle implementations with Workday Grants is a must.Experience leading Workday Grants Management design and customer confirmation sessionsExperience configuring all aspects of Workday Grants Management and the related Customer Accounts functionalityExperience configuring or a deep understanding of Workday Payroll Accounting and Effort CertificationExperience designing complex post-award reports and/or development of said reportsExcellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaborationAbility to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives, including those that lead the sponsored research functions, on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalismExcellent time-management and prioritization skillsStrong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teamsDesire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologiesPractical experience with post-award grant management and/or the sponsored research industry a plusThe estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500 - $214,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
