We are experienced in growing our studios into Top 10 studios and crushing goals. We are currently building our teams at Pure Barre and are seeking a Regional Studio Sales Manager to lead our Pure Barre Jupiter, Pure Barre West Boca, Pure Barre Palm Beach Gardens, Pure Barre Boynton Beach, Pure Barre Pembroke Pines, and Pure Barre Weston locations.

DUTIES:

Sales Duties – 70%

Recruit and train general managers and sales team to make phone calls, build value, overcome objections and close salesGenerate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports that shows studio performanceHold managers accountable for the 4DX sales process Step in and function as the General Manager of the studio in the absent of the GMSupervise and manage lead generation including attending GrassRoots Marketing and networking eventsContinually optimize our sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classesMonitor and manage the studios retail salesManage memberships in studio CRM PlatformEnsure Daily Lead Management checklist is executed by Managers and Sales AssociatesOversee Foundations scheduling as needed if more Sales Associate support is neededStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioParticipate in weekly Corporate sales and marketing callsReview all SOPs from Corporate Sales teamEnsure that mangers communicate SOP + weekly scripts to Sales Associates monthly and as needed

 

Operational Duties – 30%

Supervise studio managers and staff to ensure that everyone is working efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studioEnforce studio policies and proceduresRecruit and hire the General Managers to fill vacanciesAny other duties as assigned by studio owner

 

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferredPrevious Xponential managing experience is preferred, but not required Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales RepresentativesAbility to manage and drive multiple studio revenue streams including memberships and retail salesAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentMust be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spiritAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgementAn affinity and passion for SALESTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
