Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive services and support to foster youthFacilitate instructional activities and skill developmentAssist with educational, vocational, and independent living goalsCollaborate with support teams to create individualized plansIdentify and address obstacles to achieving self-sufficiencyDevelop strategies and curriculum to promote skill acquisitionConnect youth with community resources and mentorship opportunitiesAdvocate for youth within their support networksMaintain accurate documentation and reporting

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent certificate requiredAssociate's or bachelor's degree in an applicable field preferredExperience in foster care, education, employment services, case management, social services, or related field preferred

Additional Qualifications:

Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglectCompletion of New Hire Orientation and Relias Learning trainingCurrent CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtainValid driver's license and auto insurance
